Basketball Coaching · Keysborough, Melbourne
Where passion meets purpose. Real development for athletes who are serious about their game.
Who We Are
Welcome to Universal Hoops — where passion meets purpose and real development happens. Every session is designed with intent, targeting the key areas that impact the game most — footwork, shooting, decision-making, and the ability to create and react under pressure.
Training isn't random or repetitive for the sake of it. It's structured, purposeful, and built around real in-game situations so players can perform with confidence when it matters. Players are challenged to think, move, and compete at a higher level.

What People Say
"We have been working with Trent for over a year. When we first started, my son knew nothing about basketball. As a trainer, Trent has gone above and beyond, taking him under his wing and helping him achieve great things on the court. Not only has Trent been an incredible coach, but he has also provided emotional support during my son's games. We cannot recommend Trent enough."
"My son Jackson has been training with Trent for the past 3 years. The improvement in his skills and fitness has been incredible — his shooting, ball handling, and confidence on the court have all come such a long way. Trent really knows his stuff. More importantly, he's been such a positive influence — patient, supportive, and someone Jackson genuinely looks up to."
"Trent has been fantastic for our son's development and confidence over the past 12 months — even when he's missing shots, you can see how much he backs himself. Trent builds great connection through regular chats and puts a strong focus on the mental side of the game, which is just as important as the skills work."
"We love how Trent breaks down each drill with clear demonstrations and simple, effective instruction that genuinely improves technique. His professionalism, guidance, and support are first class, and we highly recommend him to anyone serious about developing their basketball skills."
